MARKETING ADMINISTRATION OFFICER Job/Employee Specifications: Based at Boschendal and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for, inter alia: •Co-ordination of export orders from receipt of order to delivery (including special requirements, packaging, labeling, stock availability etc) •Record keeping of all export sales and allocations per country per product •Liaising with international wine buyers to meet label requirements and submitting samples and quotations on time •Assisting with the formulation and presentation of annual export sales budget, forecasting and allocation per product per country •Calculation of graphs •Calculation of national price increase per product •KWV local sales statistics The ideal candidate will: •need a Matric or equivalent, supported by a relevant tertiary qualification, relevant experience will be advantageous •be computer literate (MS Word and Excel) •need to have good communication skills, and must be consistent, accurate and timeous in processing the work.
