The company currently has a vacancy for an experienced creditors' clerk, forming part of the administration department. The position entails: * Processing of creditors' invoices and checking with the electronic ordering system for approval. * Processing of payments on the electronic banking system. * Preparation of creditors' reconciliations. * Solving outstanding invoices and other issues on the reconciliations. * Reconciliation of certain nominal accounts. * Placing orders for the office area. * Ad hoc tasks in the administration department.
