Reporting to the Manager Hospitality Services and New Business Development, you will be responsible for:

• Daily organisation of tasting room functions
• Supervision of wine tasting centre employees
• Monitoring employee performance against established standards
• Developing new business opportunities for the brand
• Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is maintained
• Preparation of annual budgets, maintaining costs within budget and achieving budgeted targets
• Stock Control, General Administration and Export Orders
• Utilising the computerised point of sale system and daily computerised updates, statistical analysis
• Conducting wine tasting and wine cellar tours

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Matric or equivalent, a relevant tertiary qualification and  knowledge of the wine industry will prove advantageous
