CUSTOMER SERVICES CLERK

Responsibilities: • Performing all duties pertaining to the customer services clerk function in the branch • Accepting accountability and responsibility for duties performed • Proactively and continuously delivering service excellence to all customers.

Requirements:• Matric with Maths and/or Accountancy • Computer literacy (MS Word and/or Excel) • A certificate/diploma in marketing would be advantageous • Excellent sales and marketing skills •At least one year experience and full training in customer service functions • Well-groomed with good communication skills in English, Afrikaans and, preferably, Xhosa • The ability to work under pressure and relate to clients in a professional manner • The ability to work without supervision and to use initiative • A positive attitude with good organisational skills.

The successful candidate wil perform all duties related to the teller function, including providing a prompt, courteous and accurate service to all clients.

Requirements:• Matric with Maths and/or Accountancy • Computer literacy (MS Word and/or Excel) • A certificate/diploma in marketing would be advantageous • At least one year experience and completed courses in all teller functions • A good balancing record • Experience in a client service environment • Well-groomed with good communication skills in English, Afrikaans and, preferably, Xhosa • Bulk/Business Teller experience would be beneficial • A willingness to accept accountability and responsibility for duties performed.

ELECTRICIAN/SENIOR

Applicants are herewith invited for the above post in the Electricity Department at Drakenstein Municipality, an employer that promotes affirmative action.

Qualification requirements: • a Certificate to confirm the passing of a relevant trade test • a valid Code 10 driver's licence • a crane certificate, first aid training and a wiring licence will serve as recommendation.

Salary scale: R61 188/R78 000 per annum.
