Key Performance Areas:

THE ATHLONE HOUSE OF STRENGTH

is a one stop Victim Empowerment Centre for survivors of abuse. Our operations will start in April 2005.

We need the services of a Centre Manager to set up and manage the shelter and Job Skill Centre.

CRITERIA:

Qualifications:

Social Welfare Worker or relevant qualification.

Experience:

Managerial Experience. Knowledge of the effects of trauma, domestic and sexual violence and legal issues pertaining to the above.

Other:

Strategic planning for shelter development. Excellent communication skills. Supervisory skills. Setting up and managing job skills centre.
