They offer the following opportunity to competent and dedicated achievers: FILTRATION/REFRIGERATION SHIFT CO-ORDINATOR/PAARL The successful individual will report to the Filtration and Refrigeration Controller on matters such as: • The planning, control and execution of filtration and cooling processes • Manage and control stock on the Vintage system • Planning and maintenance of equipment • Product tasting • Subordinate supervision and management • Assist in controlling budgets on the SAP R3 system • Responsible for the administration of the ISO 9002 and calibration system Experience, qualifications and skills needed: Matric AND a completed artisanship in a refrigeration/electrical field. Computer literacy with the MS Office Suite compulsory. SAP R3 and Vintage literacy will be an advantage. 1 Year relevant cellar environment experience. Must be able to work independently and cope under pressure. Must be able to apply good organisational, co-ordinating and planning skills with the emphasis on attention to detail.
