We are seeking to appoint a presentable, reliable person with a strong sense of responsibility. Previous foreman / super-visory experience an advantage. Must be able to work effectively under pressure and have leadership potential. The successful candidate must also have the following:

* Computer literate on MS Word & Excel
* Code 08/10 driver's licence
* Must be able to work overtime on short notice
* Excellent telephone manners

Responsibilities will include:

* Supervising 16 people
* Client liaison
* Handling all queries re deliveries
* Scanning orders
* Printing delivery notes
* Stock taking

PAARL PRINT
Printing Learnership

The Company currently offers Roll label / Lithography learnerships in which the successful candidates will be trained in the respective aspects of the printing processes.

Requirements:

* The minimum educational requirement is Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification. Mathematics and Science would be an advantage.

* Clear communication skills in English and Afrikaans, considering that the theoretical training is conducted in English.

* Candidates must have technical aptitude.

* Sober working habits, good time management and  the willingness to work shifts and overtime, when required to do so.

* An eye for detail especially colour definition, as successful completion of a colour test is a compulsory prerequisite.

Training includes 2 to 3 years' integration in a competency based training program, where practical and theoretical modules must be completed.

Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged persons according to the employment equity policy of the Company.
