THE Education Management and Development Centre in Hospital Street, Paarl, encourages parents who are experiencing problems in paying school fees, to discuss their situation with the relevant school or the Centre.

According to legislation, parents will qualify for full exemption if their combined annual gross income is less than ten times the amount of the annual school fees per pupil.

If the parents' income is less than thirty times, but more than ten times the amount of the annual school fees per pupil, they qualify for partial exemption.

Parents need to know that they will not receive monetary aid. Enquiries to Mrs Winnie Windvogel at the Centre, 860-1583 or 860-1200.

DIE jaarlikse loopbaanuitstalling vir Bolandse leerlinge word op 17 Maart van 09:00 tot 17:00 en 18 Maart vanaf 08:15 tot 13:00 in die Paarlse stadsaal gehou. Die uitstalling word gereël deur die Paarl skoolsielkundiges en die Paarl Tafelronde.

Meer as 50 uitstallers waaronder universiteite, technikons en kolleges vir beroepsonderwys en ander instansies sal teenwoordig wees om raad aan leerlinge te gee oor beroepe en studierigtings.
