• BSc graad of Diploma in Voedselwetenskap, Chemie, Biochemie of Mikrobiologie
• 'n Minimum van 2 jaar ondervinding in 'n wynlaboratorium
• Vermoë om probleme vinnig en doelgerig op te los
• Vermoë om verantwoordelike besluite te kan neem
• Rekenaargeletterdheid (MS Word & Excel)
• Ondervinding in Ezy Winery stelsel sal in guns tel
