• Minimum N3
• Trade Certificate as a Construction Carpenter
• At least 3 years' experience as a Leading Hand in the Construction Industry with extensive knowledge in Formwork. This includes experience in reading and interpreting drawings, setting out and levelling and the ability to compile construction programs.

The ability to manage and lead people is essential.

Individuals need to be team players with strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.
